Rider Junkyard: Review: S.H.Figuarts Shocker Combatant

My third review so far ~ thanks for your support, doing this one is a bit hard for me as i wanted this review to be special. My rating for this figure is hmm.. 3/5, but i do have to say that its worth the money if you can get it below 3000yen.

I know this figure is not as popular as other rider figures or their villains, but i do have to say that this figure has a good play value. Though i hope Bandai would release it in more accessories. I'll explain that as i go along the review.

The figure comes with some accessories. A staff, knife, and three pairs of interchangeable hands, plus one hand holding coin to re-enact a scene in OOO & Den-O movie where a shocker rider founds a core medal.

The face details, personally I think its funny, but Bandai should at least gave him with more face expressions. Come on, how can we pose this guy with different situations with just this face? I really think Bandai should make an effect set for this guy. Or probably create a version of a fat chubby shocker combatant.

Torso details, the skeleton markings is not just painted but its seems it is embossed. So that's a plus.

The belt design are a bit big though. Not really sure whether its suppose to be this big, as i did not pay any attention to shocker combatant details in any of the series. However the details are very fine and clean.

Small details at the belt. If you notice lower details you're gay.

Zipper details at the boots.

However, no fancy detailing at the sole.

The shoulder joints connector are the old design, but i do believe this design looks better for a figure that doesn't have any shoulder pads.

The crotch connectors is also the old ones. I believe its probably the same as Tatoba, so expect the figure to be a little bit loose.

This figure is highly pose able. But like I've said, its a bit loose. So you just have to be patient when trying to pose it.

As I said earlier, this figure has a mid rating. But although I rate it a bit low, Its just because of its simplicity. If you're on a tight budget. I'm pretty sure you can get it at a very low price for now. But if you want to re-enact a scene from the series, or do a great display. I suggest to get a minimum of three of this dudes.
